Until the final moment of purchase or sale of intellectual property, which is characterized by negotiating and signing the contract, there is a preliminary stage (preliminary consultations which determine a client’s needs and conditions based on which he finalizes the contract).
This stage is very important since, without understanding a client’s aims, it is impossible to move in the right direction.
This service is performed only based on a signed application from a client and later, on both sides’ agreement, a contract is issued and signed electronically. After the contract is signed a client receives an invoice. After the invoice is paid, a client receives consultations and the necessary information on patenting is collected and provided to a client. This service costs 500 EURO excluding VAT. The duration of service is one month, after which the contract is prolonged or becomes invalid. Original contracts, invoices, and work completion statements can be send in print to the client’s address.
